Plain-language notice: This document provides general information, not legal, tax, accounting, investment, or financial advice. It is not a substitute for advice from a qualified professional who understands your situation and location.

1. Educational and Inspirational Purpose

CEO Mode is an educational workshop created to inspire excitement, hope, and purposeful action around entrepreneurship. It provides examples, frameworks, prompts, and practical ways to think about turning existing skills into a possible business direction. The workshop does not form a professional advisory, employment, partnership, agency, or fiduciary relationship.

2. No Guaranteed Income or Business Results

No specific income, profit, customer, follower, engagement, launch, or business result is promised or guaranteed. Starting and operating a business involves uncertainty and risk. Outcomes vary based on factors including your experience, decisions, offer, implementation, consistency, market, audience, timing, resources, and circumstances outside anyone's control.

3. Case Studies, Metrics, and Examples

Any views, reach, revenue, engagement, client, or account-growth examples shown on this website or during the workshop are past results from specific circumstances. They are provided to illustrate experience and strategy—not to state what every attendee should expect.

Mekayla J Media has not established a generally expected financial or business result for workshop attendees. Your results may be materially different, including no financial result.

4. Practical Tools and Platforms

The workshop may show practical ways to use familiar tools such as email and Instagram. Mentioning a platform does not mean the platform sponsors, endorses, or is affiliated with CEO Mode or Mekayla J Media. Platform features, pricing, policies, and availability can change.

5. Your Implementation and Responsibility

The workshop is intended to support your thinking—not replace it. You are responsible for deepening your own understanding, adapting any strategy to your audience, checking your assumptions, and deciding what is appropriate for your business.

  • Research your market, customers, pricing, and competition.
  • Follow applicable business, advertising, tax, privacy, and licensing requirements.
  • Use your own judgment before spending money, making claims, or entering agreements.
  • Understand that implementation and consistency can improve your process but cannot guarantee an outcome.

6. Advertising, Endorsements, and Affiliate Disclosures

Mekayla J Media aims to present promotional statements honestly and without misleading guarantees. If content includes a paid endorsement, gifted product, affiliate relationship, sponsorship, or another material connection, that relationship should be disclosed clearly near the relevant recommendation. A general policy-page link does not replace a disclosure that is needed next to a specific claim or endorsement.

7. Workshop Giveaway

The workshop may include a promotional giveaway for five attendees. No purchase is necessary to enter. Entry timing, eligibility, selection method, and any additional conditions will be explained before entries are accepted. Odds depend on the number of eligible entries. A giveaway spot has no cash value and is not transferable unless Mekayla J Media states otherwise.

8. Registration and Third-Party Services

Workshop registration is processed through Stan Store, and the live session may be delivered through Zoom. Those services operate under their own terms and privacy practices. Mekayla J Media is not responsible for third-party outages, policy changes, or technical limitations.

9. Accuracy and Updates

Reasonable care is taken when preparing workshop materials, but information can become outdated or may not apply to every business. Mekayla J Media may update the workshop, examples, schedule, policies, or supporting materials when necessary.
